PsiCo, LLC ("PsiCo," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the PsiGuard platform, including the PsiGuard Console, Kairo AI Assistant, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials via Firebase Authentication. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from your Google profile.

Conversation Data: When you use the PsiGuard Console, we store your conversation messages and associated monitoring metrics in your authenticated account. This data is necessary to provide the monitoring service and enable features like conversation history and analytics.

Usage Data: We track the number of API calls associated with your account for billing and usage limit purposes. We also collect basic analytics such as page views and feature usage to improve the service.

Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, bank account information, or other financial details on our servers. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the PsiGuard Services
• Authenticate your account and manage sessions
• Monitor and enforce usage limits
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Respond to support requests
• Send service-related communications (e.g., billing confirmations, security alerts)

3. What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• We do not use your conversation data to train AI models.
• We do not share your data with advertisers.
• We do not access your conversations for any purpose other than providing and debugging the service.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore and protected by Firebase Authentication. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.

While we work hard to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

Your account data and conversation history are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual conversations from the Console at any time. If you wish to delete your entire account and associated data, please contact us at our contact form.

6. Third-Party Services

PsiCo integrates with the following third-party services to operate:

• Firebase (Google) — Authentication and data storage
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Render — Application hosting
• OpenAI / Anthropic / Google — AI model providers (your prompts are sent to your selected provider to generate responses)

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your conversation data via the Console's export feature

8. Children's Privacy

PsiGuard is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
